I am an electrical tech so this is not a problem but for anyone else this would be very intimidating. You will likely need to have more electrical connectors on hand. Installed as a pusher on the ac condenser to assist with cabin cooling. My tech complicated the install by taking apart the engine fuse box and did the wiring from there. Overall i am pleased with the amount of air that its moving not only through the condenser, but also the radiator when the engine fan is off. My tech also expressed his surprise at the noise level. I used this to convert my son's 2011 Nissan Frontier from mechanical to electric cooling when the mechanical system exploded. It has been several months now, and this thing just works. After setting in heavy traffic on a hot day, with the AC on, we did notice overheating. That was partially my fault as I was lazy and didn't fabricate a shroud. Also the factory electric auxiliary cooling fan wasn't working. Can't blame this fan for any of that. As soon as we shut the AC off the temp immediately dropped. Works well, but there's no manual. You're on your own to figure out how it works, based on other similar products for which you can find videos or guides online. The mounting brackets are also difficult to keep in place when used to push (instead of pull), and I'm not a fan of the springs used in the installation process. ... show more
