Smooth finish makes it great for upholstery. Stitched with 1/4" foam made for nice pleating and looks great. Easy to work and nice stretch makes it great for seats. the fabric is a good choice for reupholstering. The quality is high and the ability to cut is good. I reupholstered five chairs. The fabric is a bit stretchy so need to work to create a tighter, wrinkle-free fit.

Order this material for a fireplace cushion. I got the distressed brown. It's nice and thick but still soft and easy to work with as far as sewing leather/faux leather goes. Beautiful color, soft distressed feel.

On the right is the semi-final result using this material. Its rubber-like backing is very flexible and did not tear. If you do any upholstery work you know that tension is nearly paramount.
