Well my purchase of this wasn’t for what you think. You see, I bought this black diamond carabiner because I wanted to propose to my boyfriend in a unique way. We hike often and went on a trail that was so terrifying (to me, who is afraid of heights) that I kept saying I needed a carabiner for support to attach to the cables on the trail. (The trail had ladders too. Terrifying for those of us who aren’t rock climbers). Fast forward a few months, and I decided to propose to him (he had asked before but I wasn’t ready). I wanted to propose with a diamond, but also wanted to be original. This carabiner did the trick. It even has “Black Diamond” stamped on it. I asked, he said yes, so we will take the plunge.
