Dryer died after less than a month of use. The company took over a month to process the replacement and ship it out. They also required me to cut off the electric cable from the dead unit and ship it to them at my expense before they would ship out the replacement. Weird and slow process. We had to line dry all our clothes for around 5-6 weeks. It was painful. In hindsight, I should have just bought a slightly pricier dryer to begin with. You get what you pay for. Also, if you use the dryness sensor button so that the dryer senses how dry the clothes are and it keeps running until it senses that everything is completely dry, it takes about 2 and 1/2 hours (yep, 2.5 hrs, you read that right) to fully dry a light load of tshirts and socks. ... show more

The washer is a great little high efficiency washer, the 3 cf fits a great amount of clothing. And can even wash a queen comforter without issues, there’s many cycle and wash options. You have the option to hook up to the sink or wall mounted spigots, instruction manual says you can only apply the water supply to the cold or both sides, however I’d buy a dual split if you plan to use the sink I ran into a problem with the washer displaying a code saying no water supply and it doesn’t fill. I have both the hot water and cold water connected and no issues ever. Another tip if you plan to wash cold and want an extra rinse without the extra time added. Select normal mode first the size of load and then temperature and extra wash. It’ll be 52 mins instead of 2 hrs The dryer works great, the little paper filter tore after a few used so I just use the screen and I have no issues, I don’t use the sensor dry as I find that it takes longer to dry and little to no heat. I just make sure both button options are pushed in and select the hot setting. This dryer is capable of drying a queen sized comforter as well. I did find lint in the back of the dryer. So every few months I unscrew the back cover and vacuum out. Please be very careful the metal is very sharp. Use a heavy pair of gloves before attempting. ... show more
