    • Very nice portable inflater
Really like this item. Took me a little while to figure out how to use it (the directions could be a bit more specific), but I figured it out. Love that you can use it on just about anything that you may need to inflate. I use it to inflate my outdoor pool (Intext), wagon wheels, car tires, small pool inflatables, and sports balls. It plugs into a standard outlet or you can plug it into your car's cigarette lighter, though it does not stretch from inside the car to the tires so not sure what good that will do. Better than my bulky Husky air compressor (such a bear to move). It's lightweight, and does a decent job. ... show more

    • Triple Personality?
This rounded-square "orange" packs a deadly 1-2 punch! It can fill up tires on bicycles, motorbikes and automobiles, it's got a digital gauge I never dreamed of having on an air pump and its blower which is used to fill beach balls, toys and inflatable camping beds could double as a handy "desk fan" - but as such as the latter it can consume as much power as a Vornado fan running on 120 volts AC power and too noisy to be really for use as a desk fan - but it definitely does what it was designed to do! ... show more

    • Proper Tire Pressure is Important!
Works fine. Works fast! No effort. Seems to be sturdy. Power cord is long enough for any car. The little accessories are stored poorly on the face of the unit...they will get lost very quickly. I wish it also offered a household power option. The ad is obviously wrong...It is NOT cordless, it is Not operable on house current...But it works fine from the car's power outlet (usta be called the cigarette lighter socket.) ... show more

    • I’ve owned many tire, inflators or compressors, and this is the best!
This Black & Decker device is the quietest tire inflator you will ever own and it’s digital too and highly accurate. It filled a completely flat tire in less than 35 seconds with virtually no noise. It also fills up anything that can be inflated and comes with all the extra devices I highly recommend. ... show more

    • Leaves you stranded when you need it
I bought this to keep in the car in case of emergencies. The digital display to set desired air pressure and auto shut off seemed like they'd really work great. I only used it a couple of times though before I actually needed it this last Sunday in the snow. I came back to my car to find I had a flat tire. I got out my tire pump, put it on the valve and went to close the lever on the chuck and snap. The thing is made of plastic. It broke in two. I tried to use a screwdriver to hold the valve closed so the pump could inflate the tire but it wouldn't work. Why is such an important part made out of brittle plastic? I've tried to see if the warranty will cover this. As I got instructions where to ship it and what to include I've discovered that the cigarrette lighter plug has fallen apart completely. Shoddy workmanship and construction. This thing probably works fine for the first little bit, but don't count on it when you need it. It's made out of brittle plastic. ... show more

    • Decent little air compressor
I've only used it once to inflate all four tires on my car, but so far, I like it. The automatic feature accurately fills the tire to the desired psi. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other brands, but comes with a two-year warranty that is backed by Black + Decker, rather than a no-name Chinese company. It also has attachments that can be used to inflate bike tires, inflatables and balls, and can be used with the car ignition switch in the "accessory" position, so you don't have to keep the engine running while you fill the tires with air, like some of the other brands. ... show more

    • Weak like all 12V compressors.
Seemingly sturdier than 2 other ones I have tried, Easier to use. Easier to store the hoses and cord. STILL weak as hell for a compressor for pumping up tires. I tired to use this unit brand new to pump up a leaking tire on my SUV, it had to go from 12 PSI to 33 PSI.... could not make it. This one, and all of these small portable 12V units overheat and go into thermal shut down with even moderate use. This one made it to 26 PSI and stopped, and I had to let it cool down, reset it and start pumping again. Made it to 33 PSI on the 2nd try. And this was on a cool day (60F). Maybe good for pumping up sports balls and rafts, not so reliable for vehicle tires, unless you are really not in a hurry to get the job done. ... show more

    • Easy to use and works as described
The cord has a built in wrap that was long enough to take the unit to every tire. Its simple to understand how it works and worked like a charm
