Holds Temperature REALLY Well I wanted a tumbler that I could carry around when I go out, and would keep my coffee hot. When I opened this package, I was skeptical because the metal doesn't seem like it's a double thickness with dead air space. To test it, I boiled some water, poured it in, and put on the cover. My first surprise was that the outside of the tumbler didn't get hot. Obviously, something is providing insulation. The Amazon ad says that it has a vacuum-sealed double wall, and although I certainly discern a double wall, it does hold the temperature very well. (I checked the water in the tumbler after an hour and since it was boiling when I poured it in, I was pleased to discover that it was *still* too hot to drink! :D ) My second surprise was that, while the bottom half of the tumbler stayed at room temperature, the top half (that was just air, since i didn't fill it up the whole way), became warm. It wasn't hot or even close to uncomfortable - I was just surprised. What I didn't like was that the plastic cover kept rising up about 1/4" (even though I inserted it snugly a number of times). That stopped happening when I left the mouth cover slid open so the heat could escape. After a few minutes, I could close the slider and the cover stayed tucked in properly. Finally, the design is just as nice as shown in the Amazon ad. I lost my black cat Sammy a year ago, and it makes me happy to carry around this pretty reminder of her. Unfortunately, it's not dishwasher safe, but the seller recommends hand-washing in one of the bullets on the ad, so they're upfront about it and I'm not taking off any stars. ... show more

I'm a big water drinker so I am weirdly particular about cups as it goes w/me everywhere, all day. It came packaged very well, comes in several cute patterns, an adjustable straw, straw cleaner & lid. The reason I got this one is, it is straight, no odd shape that may/may not fit in my car cup holder. The lid had a little extra overhand piece that lets yo get it off/on easily w/o breaking nail lol. It holds a solid (no ice) 2-1/2 cups of liquid, yup I measured. I would recommend. ... show more

The overall quality of this cup isn't really the greatest. This cup doesn't really hold temperature very well. I put ice cold water in this and it sweat and left rings on my desk. The design is super cute though.

The tumbler itself is a nice size that fits well in your hand and goes into most cup holders with no trouble. The lid has a tight fit and seal that is leak resistant. The tumbler design is cute and I really like it. The size of the tumbler is perfect. I was looking for a skinny tumbler that would fit in my work bag and this is the perfect size. I mainly intend to use it for water only. The straw is nice but because it retracts I'm not sure how I'll like it long-term, if it'll hold up but it's been working perfectly well so far. This tumbler is so cute. The design looks very nice and I like that it's slim and easy to hold onto. However I do not like the steel straw. It "collapses" and doesn't seem like it would be sturdy. I couldn't get it to stay solid and any little bit of pressure, it started to slide down. I do like that it came with a little straw cleaning brush. ... show more

This is a cute tumbler. The opening is tight but will loosen up as it is used. I like the slimness of it as it fits in any car holder (for a change). Keeps my soda as cold as any other tumbler.
