I really liked all the features of this sink and faucet! The only drawback I had was the supply lines didn’t fit the standard size valves under my sink and I had to find an adapter to make them fit.

with all the attachments the sink looks cluttered, not sleek, and had to pay extra to undermount it, they had to cut a weird indentation to make it work. Wasted money because of the sink's strange configuration. You need at least five holes for the faucet, glass washer, drain button, hot water dispenser, and knobs. If you're not using laminate countertop, the accessories' stems are too short to be connected underneath, the quartz countertop is thicker so the accessory stems couldn't reach. AND YOU CAN'T ATTACH A GARBAGE DISPOSAL BECAUSE OF THE under-counter configuration of the sink.

We love this sink. For the price it’s hard to beat. My only complaint is the instructions. They’re shrunk to fit on one piece of paper instead of just have an instruction manual or a QR code that redirects you to digital instructions. They show a bunch of pictures of how things are “supposed” to go together but no good description of how to do it. As far as the cutout goes. They didn’t include any type of template. The biggest pain is top mounting this sink because of that. My recommendation is to under mount the sink so you don’t have to notch out the holes for the accessories. It’s not as simple as drilling the holes out due to the fitting that secures the accessories being bigger than the holes you have to drill. You end up having to notch the bottom of the holes around an inch. My only other complaint is they include water shutoff valves for the hot and cold water but only the cold water valve has the option to tee 2 lines off of it (for the bottle washer) We ended up putting the cold on the hot side so the bottle washer gets hot water instead of cold. Other that that everything it came with aside from the plastic pieces feel high quality. I’ll buy the same sink down the road for our next project unless I find a seller that includes better instructions.

Fittings and draining parts don’t aline with American fittings. Went to local hardware stores (Lowe’s and Home Depot) they didn’t have the correct fittings for the faucet. So since I opened and took out of box and trashed box I can’t send back and just out the money. Went to Lowe’s and bought a new sink, fittings, and drainage.

Great sink, but there are a couple things that don’t match up to traditional plumbing. First, the drain is 2 inch drain not 1 1/2. Water lines are 1/2 inch rather than 3/8. Easy fixes, but be prepared.

This sink is pretty cool and has some cool features. However we bought this sink 6 months ago in February. Didn't have it installed/started using it until April and the finish has been peeling off around the on off knob since two months ago. Very disappointed in that. The glass rinsing feature is cool and my favorite thing about this sink is the high pressure sprayer option and really thats the reason for 3 stars. Its really that aweaome. However I don't like that you can't adjust the pressure while having the faucet on as normal. I probably would not recommend this product as some of the features aren't practical, the water pressure issue, and the finish peeling off. Edit: 7 months later. And I highly DO NOT recommend. Finish/paint for on off/hot cold peeled off. And now some of the functions on the sprayer no longer work. The hoses they have instead of pvc pipe are junk also.

The media could not be loaded. But right now after a just month and a half from installing it, it has some mold spots. I'm extremely disappointed because with made the top of the kitchen specifically for it! The size is practical, looks great, but it's getting mold and the faucet is loosing some of the paint that I'm very disappointing right now. Was very easy to install but is cheaper, the value for the money isn't worth it. Right now I don't recommend it!
