I see all these reviews complaining about the screws and out of shape leafs. Back in the 90's it was about $100 to get the tamiya version of these.Rc4wd came out with some that cost 4 times what this did.....and guess what.......the same leafs from the same China factory.its worth the $21 I paid just for the leafs. My set had one left curved difrent that the rest,No big deal....easy fix. Yes the Allen heads are cheap but so is replacement screws at your local hardware store. 100% satisified.Im an old school builder.Before kits were a thing it was find an antique Tamiya hilux/bruiser/mountaineer chassis and springs and buy a TLT kit just for the axles,lock a stampede trans and build a crawler.     • Not enough brackets/no shoulder bolts.
Great looking product, but I did not get enough enough brackets with my order. I ordered 2 pairs, but only received 4 mounting brackets. There should be 4 more to mount the shackles to. Also, there aren't any shoulder bolts, so the springs are really loose in the mounts. Luckily I had some laying around to use. ... show more
