Works well as advertised. Easy set up. Do some googling for where to find BITCOIN address and what pool to connect to. By default its using public-pool.io which is fine. Though when you change configuration to use your BITCOIN wallet address instead of factory default. USING your bitcoin wallet address, you can check if its mining on public-pool.io website to confirm its working properly. Keep in mind when setting up you will notice it needs wifi to be connected with it, on your phone you can find it's network, connect to that network then update configuration with your WIFI ID and PASSWORD so it connects to your wifi connection. After it reloads and takes you to the main screen, you should connect to the IP it gives you on the main screen. Connect to the IP with your PC browser(google chrome etc) In THERE edit> configure the miner to point to your BITCOIN address under pool settings, otherwise if you somehow struck gold that money is not going to your pocket. If you get stuck somewhere just google how do I set up my solo NMMiner. Good luck ... show more

    • This product doesn’t work, and you will waste hrs trying to connect your wallet!
I am a big Fan of Crypto so it hurts me to write this, but it’s “Trash” it has never worked it seems to work but doesn’t let you connect to a wallet or connect to Blockchain so you can see it’s working. So if you want to throw away money buy this it won’t work and you can throw it out after you waste hrs of your life and get so frustrated! ... show more

    • Easy set up comparatively fast per watt!
Despite the other review, this is incredibly easy to set up. It tells you exactly what to do on screen after it boots up and provides a qr code and everything to make it as easy as possible. Step 1: assemble. Pretty much only goes together one way, bug open rectangle piece goves over the big open rectangle screen. Use long screws from the top down and use the brass hexagonal standoffs to secure it to the board. The only other plate goes on the bottom and goes in the only direction that makes sense and uses the only 4 matching screws left which are shorter. Done. Step 2: scan QR or connect your phone to the wifi displayed on the solo miner screen. It will take you to an interface for the miner where you can connect it to your wifi. I recommend setting up a separate isolated vlan and creating a wifi ssid that lives only on the vlan but FEAR NOT you can literally just connect it to your regular wifi ssid and its fine 💁 Step 3: enter crypto/bitcoin wallet id. This is legit the hardest part and if you dont know how to do this, youll want to watch some online videos of cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and crypto wallets because its just good info to know. Anyway just add you wallet id to where it says wallet id. Step 4: save and wait. Hit save and wait for 7,0000 years to hit a block! Roughly. Roughly 7000 years but its still cool and absolutely -nit- difficult to set up. Extra: if you mess up hold the innermost button for 15 seconds to reset and start over its literally that easy. Anyway, works great so far, running at about 900 which is better than 450 and for the size/wattage its better than most solo miners. Have fun and dont forget to check on it! ... show more

    • Good BTC ticker, fun to watch
Its a great desk ticker that you can always peak over at to check the going rate of BTC. I like al of the different complications on it reading out in real time. It was pretty troublesome to set up, but there are plenty of You tube videos out there to help you out. Defiantly want to be used to the quirks of microelectronics though. In terms of mining, this will most likely never get you any BTC, but its fun to know there is a chance! I think it's worth it for the Realtime ticker feedback and dream that one day you will check your BTC wallet and there will be a couple in there. ... show more

    • Disappointed with product
It worked for a short time and then it just stopped working. Now it will not reboot. I had first had a difficult time with the installation. this was a waste of money for us. did not work as advertised.

    • Easy to set up, fun to watch

Verified on the mining pool. I got this a couple weeks ago. Like most reviews, it does not come with the best instructions. But it was simple enough to put together. After booting up, scan the QR code with your phone to enter the setup. Select your WiFi network, enter your password then scroll down and paste in your BTC wallet id (I used crypto.com app, went to Deposit and was able to copy my wallet id). Once that is done, save the configuration, it will reboot and you are mining. If you make not of the pool address, you can open it in a web browser, paste in your btc wallet id and see the results of your miner. Granted the chances of winning are very small, it’s fun to keep an eye on and see. ... show more

    • good product cheap power cord.
over all good product if your savvy with computers and Wi-Fi these shouldn't be a problem for you. with that said the reason for the 3 is 3 days after running the power (usb to usb c ) starting failing I have bought 20 in total the first 8 ALL the power cables have failed. so i ordered repayment cord to see if this fixes the problem if not i will be forced to return them ... show more

Easy to set up and get running. They use very low power. You can get creative with a way to display these. I bought 4 and mounted them in a picture frame. They look cool and futuristic. Plus a chance to make a lot of money? Why not?!
