So I have a 54x54 square table. I bought the 60x60 cloth expecting to have a few inches hang over but not too much. This thing fits almost EXACTLY and I have less than 2 inches on all sides. It's a bit small so if you are looking to get more than 2 inches of hang over, DEFINITELY go up like 2 sizes. I gave this tablecloth a 3-star review because I was pleased with the deep red color, the texture, and the thickness of the fabric, but it is by no means wrinkle-free, which is THE most important feature for me when purchasing a tablecloth. Putting a wrinkled table cloth on a table you want to look nice does not help you to achieve "the look" you're going for, and I do not want to take the time to iron them -- especially when I have purchased them precisely because they claim to be wrinkle-free. I've been married for 32 years and have thus been keeping my own home, serving meals and entertaining for over 3 decades. I have gone through many table cloths and can say that this is one of THE worst table cloths I've ever had for wrinkles. I expect things to be wrinkled out of the package, but the first washing and drying takes them out. Not so with these. As you can see from the picture above, the wrinkles are just as prominent after a warm wash cycle and a hot dryer, and they were EXTREMELY difficult to iron out, even with my iron on the highest heat setting, steam AND spray bottle full of water!!! This cloth is definitely water resistant (as I discovered while trying to iron out the wrinkles) and I have no idea if it will get better over multiple washings. These were purchased for an Army Chapel where they will be used heavily on the coffee service table in the fellowship area. We will keep using them and hope they get better over time, but people are not going to take the time nor want to iron them, so I am very disappointed. ... show more
