Description

Milano, black sling-back style sandals from Birkenstock are a true revelation. Created out of Birko-Flor, non-leather material with a leather like finish and felted backing. Double face upper is durable and breathable. Felted interior creates pleasant cushioning and moulds to the shape of the foot. Strappy sandals provide perfect fit thanks to 3 adjustable points with a buckle style closure. Made in Germany, men's slides are free of harmful substances. Strappy sandals have iconic, anatomically shaped insoles which are a trademark of Birkenstock footwear. Covered with breathable suede, footbeds feature sustainable, oak cork and natural latex which are flexible and shock absorbent. Additional layer of Jute fibres makes footbeds moisture repellent and long lasting. Moulded heel-cup and side rim provide stable foundation to the sides and heel bone. Naturally shaped arch support ensures even weight distribution and promotes correct posture. Healthy sandals have raised toe bar for improved natural grip and metatarsal support. Beach sandals sit on the shock absorbent EVA sole with traction pattern which will secure grip on variety of surface.

I love these shoes. They are my first Birkenstocks and I definitely will buy more after this experience. I purchased 38 in the copper at first because a lot of reviews say to size down. I’m an 8.5 and they were too small. I reordered 39 and they were perfect. I also tried the water friendly Gizah and found the same thing. They fit in my normal 8.5 or 39 size. I have very skinny feet too but they stay on fine. They are so comfortable. I wear flip flops all summer normally, nothing else. Well, since I bought these a flip flop has not touched my foot. I never thought I’d say that! I love them and prefer them over flip flops. I also prefer the Arizona style over the Gizah. Mainly because I wanted a real slip on and I have bunions which makes the Gizah not look so hot on. I would definitely buy another color in these water friendly’s but first I want regular Birkenstock’s. My feet are happy, stylish and supported. I have had no cracking at the toe crease on footbed but I’ve only had the a couple weeks. They don’t appear to be stressed there but I would just contact Birkenstock if that happen I’d be shocked if they wouldn’t replace them. ... show more

I’m new to Birkenstock & recently became obsessed with them. I have recently bought my first 3 pairs & they’re all Arizona sandals. My first ones were the big buckle shearling in narrow width in brown oiled leather (not from here) & I really liked them but found them slightly too narrow but still kept them. The second pair (also not from here) were sky blue newbuck with narrow width & a soft footbed they fit me perfectly out of the box. My third pair are the ones I bought through this link & they’re these gorgeous purple metallic suede ones lined in shearling. Based on the listing, I thought these would also be narrow but when I got them, I realized they were regular width. At first I was sad because I thought they’d be too big but they fit perfectly, more like the fit of the soft footbed narrow width. I think the shearling takes up s lot of room. I feel like my feet are really in the middle in terms of narrow or regular when it comes to Birkenstock’s. So I guess I could wear a narrow it regular depending on which shoe it is. I think I prefer the fit of these to my first pair, but I definitely recommend them. Aesthetically, they’re gorgeous!! Who doesn’t need purple fuzzy sandals? I highly recommend them! ... show more

I wore these to the river with my dog. They worked great! Very pleased. Flip flops throw sand on me when I walk and come off in muckier parts of the river. The material is kind of funky but it works. The sandals don’t make farting noises as others have said, but I’ve only worn them on one outing so far. I’ve worn Birkenstock’s for 30 years and the sizing is consistent with what I usually wear. My only complaint is that I had to use the last hole on the buckle that is closest to the ankle. My feet are narrow but I’ve never had that problem before. Then again, I’ve not worn Arizona’s before.
