I have used this for special occasions the last few years and have loved it. It looks nice, keeps everything cold, and there’s no condensation. Unfortunately, the handle came unthreaded right before Thanksgiving! This shouldn’t happen for the price I paid. I’m hoping someone can help fix it.

This was a great purchase. Holds a lot of items and kept the ice solid throughout my whole party. didn't have to add ice and didn't have to clean up on the outside. Very big. My only problem, which is a personal problem, is storage LOL

It works well and doesn't leak condensation. Good size for a small party. It's also nice looking and something I was happy to have on my counter during an event. My only issue was it arrived scratched in several places, despite being wrapped in bubble wrap in the box.
