I absolutely am in LOVE with these tiny marble sized ice cubes. They fit into each and every bottle that I might want to keep cool or slowly water down. Idk what it is nowadays but all the drinks are super, super sweet to me and i hafta tone them down with water or ice. I am really into the Energy Flavor of Vitamin Water and these ice balls fit perfectly into the opening. Easy to use, easy to empty. I just allow the trays to return to room temperature before putting water and into the freezer. Don't run your faucet full blast when filling, a nice moderate flow is the best or even pour the water into the molds with a cup. I've found that they just come out better that way and if you want SUPER CLEAR ice balls - put hot water into the molds and freeze. They come out perfectly clear. Now don't get all upset if each and every ball doesn't come out with the first light twisting motion. I like to put a timer on for a minute and THEN remove the ice balls with a slight twist - they pop right out. I use these also bc I have dismantled the water line that feeds our ice machine so that in the event of a winter freeze the pipes don't break and my place floods. I do empty the trays into the holding bin and they come out the door perfectly. All my friends think I have a high priced refrigerator that makes special ice cubes. My only concern is for children and drink chuggers....... ahem...I'm a chugger bc running 5 miles gets a gal thirsty! The ice balls are small enough to slip & slide right down the throat if you're not careful. My husband is also a chugger and we had a situation where he was choking and I had to jump in and save his life. The ice ball came flying out, he caught his breath and we laughed at all the inappropriate jokes that I just couldn't help myself from making once I knew he was alright. Please, enjoy these ice trays, enjoy the little convenient ice balls but for the love of Pete ..... do NOT chug and I would strongly reconsider if you allow your children to use these in their drinks. These trays create aesthetically pleasing round ice cubes. Thereโ€™s 3 sets of trays. I agree with the reviewer who said that after you take them out of the freezer, just run a little warm water on the back of them, and you can actually hear the ice cubes loosening up. This way, you wonโ€™t run the risk of cracking the trays and the ice cubes will come out more easily. I love them and would recommend! ... show more

The trays don't really indicate how much water to add. Sometimes I get half sphere ice balls. The clear container for the ice doesn't click or snap on, the lid just lays on top. Overall it's alright. I'll keep it, but it's nothing to rave about.

The product works as it should but filling it is a pain. I always end up overfilling it and water splashes everywhere when I put the top of the tray on. I recommend filling it with a cup instead of directly from your faucet. The fill line is helpful but if you don't have even counters it's a pain when you put the top tray on. ... show more

These are better than expected. The small ball ice cubes look very sophisticated in drinks and are easy to make. It comes with a bin to store your ice in, so you can make more in trays and more importantly, it comes with a mixology booklet that will be handy next time we host a party.

Ikea has been my go to for ice cube trays. Cheap right. Well this now now replaced them. Saw some blogger is follow post about it and itโ€™s amazing. It makes so many ice cube balls. Love the fact that it comes with a bin to store the frozen ones so you can keep making more. Highly recommend if you donโ€™t have a fridge that makes ice cubes for you. ... show more
