BIFOCAL & TRIFOCAL WEARERS, SEE MY EDIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE REVIEW! We all get older. As we age, we see plenty of seniors with over-lenses. Mentally, we state the obvious. "Wow, they're old." And then you find yourself on the opposite side. Contact lenses aren't an option for a variety of medical reasons, (like diabetic retinopathy for me), so regular sunglasses can't be worn. You don't want to wear the cheapest looking piece of plastic over your glasses, so you buy and wear a product like this. What's to say? It's functional. I didn't buy it to be the coolest 56-year-old on my block. I bought it to cut down on the amount of squinting I have to do when out and about on sunny days. It fits over my current glasses, which is what it's supposed to do, and it doesn't look horrible. So why didn't I give it the 3-star review it obviously cries out for, what with it being so spectacularly mediocre? Just when I was wondering how I'd store and protect these things, I discovered a little surprise in the box in which these over-lenses came. You can see it in the picture I've provided. A small, protective carrying pouch and a lens wipe cloth, both of which are softer than a baby's bottom. I placed my glasses inside the over-lenses so you could see the fit, which is as perfect as it was ever going to get. I'll come back and edit this review should the product explode, cause me to develop cancer, or, y'know, just fall apart like cheap garbage. (You just never know the risks.) But otherwise, a perfectly satisfactory purchase thus far. EDIT: I said I'd return, especially if there was a problem, and there is one. It's not anything the seller or manufacturer can do. It's wholly dependent on what kind of glasses you wear. I wear trifocals, which are fine-tuned to be perfectly positioned on your face so you can see clearly.. When wearing these over-glasses with them, the lenses get pushed slightly out of place, blurring my vision. So if your lenses are split between different ranges, you'll probably want something larger than these. ... show more

These are great because I was looking for dark sunglasses to fit over my other glasses that would block out the sun from the side. I just expected it to be blocked with sunglasses, not just blocked. It is hard to drive with these on because of having a very large blind spot.

They fit fine, are pretty comfortable to wear, and cut out a lot of the glare. However, the thick arms completely cut off my peripheral vision and makes it feel like I'm wearing blinders. Definitely do not recommend driving with these.
