My daughter attempted to use this but the pegs fit very tightly in the holes. One of the pegs would not even come out because it was so tight in there. I tried to get it out and it broke off inside. I also tried to get the remainder of the peg that was left in the hole out and was not able to. I bought this bracelet making kit for my granddaughter for her 10th birthday. She is very bright and can figure things out on her own. The instructions in this kit was confusing. She did end up making 2 bracelets after struggling, but the headband instructions were virtually nothing but a picture of a headband completed and absolutely no instructions on how to make it. I am very disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend this bracelet kit. ... show more

This looks very pretty, but is very difficult to set up and figure out how to use. Not all of the plastic pegs fit in the holes easily and we couldn’t figure out how it works. It isn’t clear why one would need this big plastic thing as, the bracelets they suggest you make could absolutely be made without this awkward loom. This is pretty, and seems like it should be a wonderful craft set, but my rather savvy crafting ten year old and I could simply not put it together correctly or figure out how to use it. If you want to wear a bracelet that cuts your circulation off so much that you eventually lose your hands, then buy this kit. The instructions are pretty clear and the bracelets look good but, once you take the elastic part off the loom, the bracelets are so small, my 8 year old can't even wear them. The bracelets cut into her wrists. So, we spent hours making a ton of bracelets that no one can wear. Fun times! ... show more
