This is a wonderful and very soft, airy duvet cover. My favorite sheets were the Target brand organic cotton 300 thread count, but they sadly discontinued them. I'm really happy to have found this excellent replacement. It is soft and crisp and sooooo comfy to snuggle into! It's not wrinkle free because cotton that has not been treated with anti-wrinkle toxins does wrinkle, and that's fine by me. It gives it a very inviting, lived-in look and feel. The only thing I wish was different is the buttons, because they're hard to push through the button hole. I would have preferred smooth plastic ones. Bought this for when guests stay over. I make organic a priority and this was one of the few (size color etc) - my thoughts hadn’t gone a lot further. Was really surprised when it arrived at the quality. The weave has a subtle sheen to it and the color was a really deep rich navy. Really lovely. I really wish they would do a zipper as I find the little buttons to be a pain and they have caused trouble (eventually tear the fabric) on other duvet covers (from other companies) I have but otherwise 👍 ... show more

A lovely old fashioned cotton feel. I have some vintage coton pillow cases that feel this soft, but most cotton sheets these days are very slick & are more interested in not wrinkling. There are some slight wrinkles that don't bother me at all. Didn't give it 5 stars because Irecently purchased another brand of organic cotton that was a little heavier but has the same feel otherwise.
