I have a small area of artificial turf that my 40lb female Aussie uses for all her potty needs. I changed out the old turf after being advised not to have a weed sheet underneath as it acts like a diaper, so I replaced the turf sans the weed protector. Well shortly after it began to smell again. I live in a mobile home park, so we are all close together and it's not fair for my neighbors to have to smell my dogs urine odor. I tried numerous products all to no avail. I was just getting ready to rip out the turf once again and replace it with??? when I came across this product and thought, what the hec, I have nothing to lose! Well this product was a miracle worker, so easy to use compared to the other stuff I tried. I have only used it a couple of times, but it smells like heaven and it WORKS! This product works great! I have 2 small male dog rescues. They were abused and neglected before coming to me, and while they understand they should relieve themselves outside they don't hold it for more than 4 hours. Rather than have diaper pads dragged around my house, about 5 years ago I trained them to use the Piddle Place - it works great and makes life less stressful for all of us. However, now we are in 2023 and I can no longer find the enzyme cleaners I used to purchase for it. It wasn't a trivial problem - I tried a couple of different cleaners and my boys tried using the living room rug. How I use it: Once a week I soak the turf in a bucket with 8 oz of cleaner to 3 gallons of water for 20 minutes, then rinse well with water and it's good to go. I spray the turf as needed with the dilution recommended on the label and let it dry. I put 1 oz with 7 oz of water into the Piddle Place, adding an ounce of cleaner after heavy use if I'm in a rush (will clean later). No odor - I'm happy and my boys are happy: WIN-WIN!

The problem I had with other scented cleaners that did a good job was that one of my dogs did not approve of the scent. So she refused to go on what I thought was nice clean fake grass. I tried other products that smelled less like perfume but it was obvious they were not doing a good job. Finally this. Even though it's pricey, she approves. And I love the scent! Keeps working for almost 2 weeks which is probably the best feature of this product.

Our yard isn’t very big but we have 2 medium sized dogs and the urine smell was beyond disgusting. I tried Simple Green but that didn’t seem to work. I searched online and found this product and it’s been a game changer. The process takes some time but in the end it’s worth it. I’ve used it almost daily for 2 months and if I skip a day, it doesn’t smell anymore. I use the sprayer from the simple green solution as well. After the dog poop is picked up I spray the turf and walk up and down the grass and spray it at a close range (some say that it isn’t recommended to spray so close to the turf , but it acts as a pressure washer). We’ve had good rain in Az lately so that has helped keep the ground moist. I usually buy 2 jugs a month. Again, it can be tedious but worth it. I think the trick is to keep the ground moist so the urine doesn’t dry. At first I was doing this twice a day so it might help to start there for first time users. The smell is amazing and it’s safe for the dogs . Hope this helps anyone who’s on the fence

we spent thousands of dollars on artificial turf for our backyard after our greyhound tore it up doing zoomies. Looks beautiful but the smell of urine was terrible! tried simple green that didn't work. I desperately went on search trying to find something that would work, almost gave up hope. I read the reviews on this product and tried it out last weekend and it works!!!!! in the heat of Florida and no urine smell. Love this product!
