I've always had thin hair, and worried that it would get even thinner as I got older, since my paternal grandmother had thinning hair in her 60s. Because I have dark hair, I felt as though it's more visible when you have areas where your hair is thinner or patchy. I've seen tons of supplements and gummies on the market over the years that tend to be from $40 to $90 per bottle, which usually contains 30 days of supplements/ gummies. These supplements are under $10, last 3 months, and contain more biotin than any other supplement I've seen. The little soft-gel is tiny, doesn't have any smell to it, and is incredibly powerful. I've been using it for about a year, and my hair no longer has visible patchiness where my hair wasn't growing in evenly. My hair is stronger, fuller, and healthier. I'll never stop using this! Easy to swallow

No odor and easy to swallow. Not sure I have seen any improvement have been using about 6 months. My nails seem to grow faster but they aren’t any stronger. I will keep using and hopefully I will get results.

I lost a ton of hair from stress and hormonal changes within a very short period of time. I initially started on Olly's gummies. While I found the effects to be useful, these pills are better. Pills will always be better than gummies for absorbency in the end. I was happy to find that these are easy to swallow, too. After 30 days of use, my nails look really healthy and shiny (the most immediate change to be on the lookout for). As for my hair, I am seeing growth pieces in the places where I lost it. Helps my hair for me

I have taken these supplements in 3 different occasions 2 tablets every day and it always has helped my hair grow. Right now I take these 2x a day, plus Fish Oil supplements and spray rosemary water on my hair and it has helped my hair grow a lot. I highly recommend bition!
