    • This has been great for an annoying skin condition I have struggled with for years....
I picked this up on a whim when I was purchasing a new package of Biore pore strips--I had never tried any of the other products in this line, but several coupons popped up and the price of this item and a couple of others seemed so good, that I just had to try them. I have very dry skin, but it is also extremely sensitive, so I have to be careful with new products. I think I finally have the dryness under control with a whole arsenal of serums and moisturizers, but I'm still trying to find the best cleanser (or combination of cleansers) for my face. I have enlarged pores on my nose and chin and I also have that slightly dimpled skin = peau d'orange on my chin which seems to be tied to blocked glands just under the surface. I have never been able to do anything about that and just figured I was stuck with it (and I've tried dozens and dozens of products from different brands and at many price points). I was concerned about the experiences some reviewers have had regarding rashes and breakouts, so I eased into using this slowly--tried it on my forearms first, and then just a small region of my face...never any problem, so I finally worked up to using this two or three times per week. It is a little too drying for me to use it every day. I've been using this cleanser for a couple of months and I like it a lot; my skin feels very clean and fresh after using it. I pretty much focus on the lower part of my face--cheeks, nose and chin and I avoid the region around my eyes. It is thick and feels a bit tingly; it foams up easily and rinses away easily. After the first few uses, I no longer bother using it on my forehead, since this area is very dry and pores are not a problem there, anyway. I use another, milder cleanser for my forehead and neck. Unexpectedly, I noticed that the appearance of the skin on my chin was slowly improving...the affected area is roughly half the size that it was before--I am hoping with continued use this problem that I have had for years and years finally resolves.Extremely pleased with this very reasonably priced product. I'm SO glad I tried this...I almost didn't--it certainly doesn't seem to work for everyone, but for me at least, it works great! I don't use very much at a time, and the bottle is pretty big--it will probably take me quite a while to use it up, but I plan to buy several bottles to have on hand as a backup just in case. ... show more

I have had really bad oily skin lately so I decided to try this product. So far it has been working well it leaves my skin less oily for about a day or 2 which is nice. When you use the product it gets foamy pretty fast and when you put it on your face it has a tingly but good feeling on your face.     • I Love This Stuff!
I use both this cleanser and the Biore charcoal bar cleanser. I put this one in my shower and leave the bar by my bathroom sink to wash my face at the end of the day. I love the convenience of this liquid soap in a pump - it's so much easier to use in the shower than a bar of soap is, lasts longer, and doesn't get "gunky" like bar soap can. I like the cool feeling this gives your skin when you first apply it. After using it for a few months I don't notice it as much as I used to, but occasionally it will still feel cool. It has stopped my breakouts for the most part, although that wasn't a huge struggle for me prior to finding this. I don't know if it really cleans your pores as well as it claims, but my face always feels squeaky clean after I use it. (The bar makes my face skin more squeaky, but I still get that feeling with this.) Like the bar soap, this has the little coarse bits in it so it gently exfoliates your skin while you wash. I find this to be less coarse - and therefore better for sensitive skin - than the Biore bar soap, but my skin isn't ultra-sensitive to begin with. I haven't noticed much of a scent with this or the bar. This seems to be a quick and easy way to get makeup and dirt off my face, leaving my skin feeling nice, clean, and soft. (As an aside, when I use astringent after washing my face with this, very little, if any, makeup remains on my face after I wash with this. The cotton ball is pretty clean and white - which doesn't happen with some soaps/face cleansers.) Bottom line: I like how this makes my face feel soft and clean, but not stripped like many "purifiers" can. I like the coarse bits - they really make my skin feel deep-down clean. There are no anti-aging properties (there don't claim to be any), so this is awesome for young skin. I'm going to have to continue jumping into my vat of anti-aging face creams, but that's ok. ;) My daughter does have very sensitive skin and this is one of the few cleansers we both can use. She just says she has to wash gently. ... show more

I like this product very much so. It rinses clean, leaves your skin feeling so soft and it does not have a bad smell. It lathers very well and I'm sure the ladies could use it as a makeup removal as well with it's ready of use.

This face wash is by far my favorite compared to any of the others I’ve tried, and that’s been a lot because of my finicky combo skin that gets random waves of breakouts. FIRST let me tell you the cooling sensation is so satisfying and refreshing, 10/10. It also has a really nice lather, both make you just feel like you’re getting a good clean. Tip: I like to apply a few min in during a hot shower once the pores open up, sometimes let it sit lathered on for a min if I feel like it needs an extra clean, and then once I rinse and step out the cooling effect hits and is dry within a couple minutes so you can finish your night/morning regimen. ... show more
