I installed this product and used it for about two weeks before switching to a more expensive radio unit. For about $50 it isn’t bad - but I wanted more quality. The settings did not save because I couldn’t get a constant 12v. The screen is absolutely white washed and out of contrast. It is really hard to see because it’s very bright but the contrast is so bad it’s hard to make anything out. During night it’s also very bright. Alway comes on at half volume which is blaring, the knob is not very responsive so it takes awhile to bring it down. CarPlay did work and only froze up on occasion. Backup camera also worked and it’s a good resolution. Make sure to mount correct orientation - settings don’t save. The boot screen looks like a cheap Dave and busters orange and blue ripoff - say goodbye to any indication this radio looking respectable. For the price it’s a great radio but ultimately for me it’s worth a more expensive unit to get it perfect. ... show more

    • Works pretty well but certainly has some issues.
The good: has a volume knob. It is one of the only radios on here without that garbage 'Mirror Link' junk. The Android Auto implementation is pretty good with a few exceptions (listed below). The bad: The << and >> buttons do not work in Android auto. That means that the steering wheel << >> buttons also don't work in Android Auto. Sometimes the steering wheel buttons 'forget' and I have to go into settings and re-set them. It's really only the down-volume button that seems to forget, but it's happened 3 or 4 times now and you can't just re-set one. Thankfully, setting the steering wheel buttons is a 15-second task. The resolution of the screen is pretty bad and the touch screen is weird. The buttons in the middle of the touch screen work great but the buttons on the edges (voice, swapping from maps to spotify, etc.) are slightly off - meaning to push the button you actually have to hit slightly above it. Annoying but I guess I'm getting used to it? All in all it's not a bad deal for < $100 but it's not the incredible 'buy it now!' that some folks on here are saying, at least it's not for me. Note, I've been installing stereos for years and everything is wired up properly, soldered and shrink-wrapped. It's not installation or lack of understanding - the radio is just a bit 'off' in a few ways. It works, but if you have an extra c-note laying around look at something more reputable. ... show more

    • Pretty good but not perfect
Radio was easy to install and is working well, due to the volume dial being quite large and right on the edge of the device it did require some modification to the mounts i was using to make everything fit but may different for other cars. Sound is good and have no issues, android auto i have had no issues with either. Only issues ive found is that if you quickly turn the volume up or down it will either stay the same or go in the opposite direction. Not to big a deal just need to turn the volume dial a little slower. It would be nice to have the radio save and stay on the last input it was on other then defaulting to radio everytime but other then that its worth the money ... show more

    • Very unresponsive touch screen
On the positive note, this does have an AM band which was the reason I ordered it. However, I found the touch screen was very slow to respond. Don't know if it is due to a slow processor or a bad screen, but it takes multiple touches on the same spot to get it to register as a selection. Just would not work for me in the setting of the car to keep hitting buttons and not knowing when it would register. ... show more

    • Perfect audio system for a decent price(Long term review)
I purchased the system more than two years ago and since never had any issue whatsoever , the audio quality is great , the installation took about one and a half hour , the most amazing part is carplay, it works flawlessly without any issues, for a fraction of the price of my other car's system(pioneer) i use carplay and all other features. The reason i decided to write the product review now because i just remembered that i need to update the firmware and i contacted Binzie's customer support and i really shocked when i got their a response back in less than 10 minutes, they have provided me with the update and a detailed instructions to perform the update, will buy from this company again. ... show more

Overall good for the price but can’t seem to find a dash kit that will fit the stereo

    • No longer works.
It was a decent product for the price. I wasn't expecting 5/5 sound quality or build quality. Just something that had the same sound quality as my OEM unit and had Apple Car Play and Android Auto for cheap. It was a great upgrade at first, but now it no longer works. Had to install a worse sounding AEM unit for the time being. It sounds worse, doesn't have Carplay/Auto, but it works. Who knows, maybe I just got a faulty unit, but I would just steer clear of this product. There's products that are expensive and you don't get much difference from a cheaper product, and there are some really good cheap products. This one is neither. It's just plain bad. Didn't last for more than 2 months. Unfortunately, the return window has closed and now I'm out some money. ... show more
