This is definitely a beautiful sweater so it gets high marks for beauty and it fits my dog well by following the guidelines. The sweater does wash well as long as it air dries / is not put in the dryer. It does pill easily so does not score as high for durability, however I would still purchase again because the sweater is so beautiful and it feels soft when new. I just use a sweater shaver on it when it pills and it looks new again. Average quality as far as holding up over time as we do not let our dog wear it except for special occasions. Knit is very nice thickness and warm. It fit my doggy very well when I put it on him but after wearing for a couple of hours it stretched and was loose around his chest. I hand stitched two small seams and now perfect.
