Works as expected. Satin black finish matches my other bike components. It has a scale on it to easily mount it in the same place again if removed. 400 mm is plenty long. I am 6'06" and have the seat post mounted in the middle of the scale. There is a long portion of post inside my seat downtube for stability. This seat post seems plenty strong enough after 1 month of use on my Cruiser Hybrid. The aluminum construction did not add much weight either. I considered buying a 450mm seat post but this one is long enough. I am very satisfied and would buy this one again... ... show more
