This is a much nicer kickstand that the one sent from the manufacturer. This fit my XP3.0 bike and I just ordered another one to replace the one on my XPeak mounting bike. Very nice change from the original on my Lectric XP3.0.

At the beach with my fat tire e-bike last week (Bee Cool Explorer). Bike parked next to me on its original kickstand. After about an hour the bike just toppled over, no wind to speak of, etc. Upon inspection I saw that the base of the kickstand had simply cracked wide open - in fact I had to jerry rig the kickstand to get home so it wouldn't interfere with my rear wheel spokes it had bent so much! Cheap diecast metal. This product appears to be made of actual light steel, not diecast, and should hold up better. Hardware comes with the stand, which is a nice touch. It's a 5 mm allen hex head if you're wondering. a dab of Lock-tite on the threads is a good idea to keep the screws from coming loose. Perfect fit, I didn't even have to adjust the height of the stand as keeps my bike at a perfectly parked angle.

I bought this for a 2023 Marin Eldridge Grade Mountain bike, with the kickstand mounting bolts on the inside of the frame towards the wheel, instead of the outside the frame like most bikes. No one makes a kickstand to fit this bike. I was able to drill out the two guide holes in this kickstand (the ones closer set on the mounting block) to match my bike frame and it works perfectly. The kickstand is sturdy, but it does look a little bit "chunky" compared to the stands on my other bikes.

The OEM kickstand on my wife's new ebike failed after 210 miles of ordinary use. The OEM unit had a design defect that allowed the pivot to seize, causing the mounting bracket to crack in two. This Sataway unit has a pivot that is securely riveted into place. It may turn out to have its own issues, but there won't be a recurrence of the problem we had with the OEM kickstand. If you look too closely at the photos in the listing, you may think there are two posts sticking out the back of the mounting bracket. That's actually not the case. The holes in the bracket are threaded, and the included bolts are screwed all the way into the bracket for shipment. The manufacturer has placed black plastic booties over the exposed threads on the back side of the bracket. You will remove and discard the booties before unscrewing the bolts. The booties were a nice extra touch to protect the bolt threads.
