Love the way this looks and feels. No bats, yet. But it has only been a few days. Could take months for the bats to find and roost in it. BUT. Nice product. One word of caution. If you are going to hang it on a pole, don't put the sleeve at the tippy-top of the box. (The sleeve mounts to the box and slides over the pole) I found it mounts better if you put the mounting sleeve as low as you can on the back of the box. Just make sure the mount doesn't extend below the bottom of the box! (stability) ... show more

Great looking bat house and it seems to be well made. After a couple of coats of sealer it’s time to put it up. We have a colony living in our attic and while we kick them out hopefully they will use the bat house for their new home.

It's a nice house but I probably won't buy it again or recommend it. I would like to have pass through holes between the dividers and this one does not have that, also I would like the 2 inside dividers to be recessed up 3 or 4 inches and they're flush with the front.

There is a wetland area very close to my house. Providing a lovely (location, location, location) bat house on the back of my house ensures that the local bats have two incentives to stick around: (1) the perfect home and (2) lots of available food (mosquitoes)!
