Best pot holders I have ever used. This is my second pair. Like to have a spare when my first pair gets dirty. The silicone on these do not get hot like some that I have tried. Just the right size. You can use them as a mit when your checking on food in the oven or just a plain pot holder when you need to take a hot pot off the stove. Will never use another brand pot holder again. Even though they do cost a little more than others. Love them!!!!

I have some raggedy pot holders from the early 2000s that I love, but they are not attractive. Had been having trouble finding new ones that I liked - I am not a fan of all the silicone ones and ones that have the separate slot for your thumb. These are just perfect. Great size, grippy, soft inside, keep the heat away. There is also this nice stitch at the end where your fingers go. Hard to describe, but it is super helpful in making it feel more secure, but it isn't in the way or anything. Highly recommend!

These are great! I bought the blue and the color is very pretty. These are larger which is exactly what I was looking for. We buy a take and bake pizza about once a week and the bake tray is thin, so we wanted a larger pot holder to help get the pizza out of the oven. The silicon helps keep the pizza tray balanced in place. I also like the that I can slip my hand into the pot holder and where the tips of my fingers touch is a neat little sewn in detail that separates the pocket just enough to help the pot holder stay where you want it on your hand. Also a plus, is that these arrived without any weird smell. I was able to take them out of their package and start using them right away. Unlike the set of gray I ordered from another company that smelled awful. I would definitely buy this product again or a similar product in a different shape in gray from this Big Red House company. Grips the hot pan really well. Insulates well. My wife does not like them: her little hands swim around in there, or something. In the interest of domestic tranquility, I have subtracted one star from this actually perfect pot holder.

I can’t tell you how life changing these have been. We have gone through so many oven mitts over the past 8 months (and couple years) until I found these. We were previously purchasing from a restaurant supply store so you’d think they would be the best of the best, however that was not the case. Typically we use a 425° oven, and the mitts were constantly getting holes burnt through them, and borderline burning the kids we have on staff! They couldn’t even pull something out of the oven and set it on the table 1 foot away fast enough to not feel the heat start to come through! Then I stumbled upon these a couple months ago. I was so close to purchasing those big black shiny stiff grilling gloves and then I saw these. The other versions from this company looked to be a bit pricey but had good reviews and for some reason this smaller potholder version specifically in this color was a lot more affordable (I hope this doesn’t change)! I have now bought around 12 of these in total and they are great! We can safely pull things out of the oven and even hold them for a while without needing to set them down. They’re not big and bulky like typical oven mitts and are pretty flexible. We can also easily hang them on the side of the oven with the loops attached. The silicone (?) grip design on one side also helps with hot trays not slipping around while carrying. The only thing that took some getting used to was the stitch line down the center which can be a little awkward when sliding your hand in, but definitely something so minor when compared to all the positives!

Purchased these to avoid burning my hands when removing hot silencers/suppressors while at the gun range. They are extra roomy for my big hands (just under 5" across the palm) but are very dexterous, so work well. The opening is 6+" wide so easy to get hand in and out of. There is a short seam sewn into the mitt that allows you to separate your fingers as you like, which adds to the dexterity and helps keep the mitt on your hand. Silicone in palm works very well for gripping things. They've worked so well I'm purchasing a second set to use in the kitchen...

THE PERFECT SIZE AND SHAPE - LIKE COMBO POTHOLDERS AND OVEN MITTS - A little larger than standard potholders, these are pretty and compact. They fit on top of the utensils in my drawer. I have been baking cookies this weekend, and they fully protected my hands from the oven's heat and the hot cookie sheets. They have silicone strips on the outside so dishes, bowls, and pans won't slip out of your hands (convenient when removing bowls from the microwave). Each one has a small divider on the inside bottom, so they work almost like gloves, and you can grasp things -- but they are quick to put on and take off. I love them so much that I bought a second set as a gift.
