Product cover sheds tiny particles EVERYWHERE. Item only lasted one summer. Big Joe and Amazon are unwilling to help because this product only has a 1 year warranty, and Big Joe does not sell replacement covers for this product. Do not purchase, you will be out all of your dollars. The only solution Big Joe has is to issue me a $50 giftcard to spend more money on their items, still leaving the ones I already purchased defective and unusable. ... show more

Love these. We were replacing 15 year old Big Joe beanbags which had run their expected use life cycle!! These are super comfortable for adults and kids. Love the indoor/outdoor aspect of them. I use it indoors and out. It’s one that actually offers support rather than sinking into the ground. My kids love it and I love it too. Easy to clean. It’s not super soft, but it is made for outdoors not indoors

Poor quality. Ordered this for my 11 year old’s reading nook. Never been outside. No jumping on it. Sitting only, inside. I’ve had to repair the side stitching 4-5 times now, with bean bag filling going everywhere each time a new hole appears. Shame because it is otherwise perfect- good color, good fabric, good size.
