AWFUL PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I’m not normally one to leave a review, but my experience was so bad I’m hoping I can save someone else from going through the same thing. I ordered this item and paid more than double the cost of the item for shipping because I needed it by a certain date. I had no problem paying the extra shipping costs because I needed to make sure I got it in time before I left for my wedding. We wanted to have a big head of our pet since she couldn’t be at the wedding with us. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in time. In fact, it arrived days after the delivery date I was provided. I contacted the seller to discuss this issue and the possibility of reimbursement of the shipping costs (I was NOT seeking a refund for the item itself) as it did not arrive by the date I paid for it to arrive. The seller was entirely unhelpful and kept giving me the run around. The seller demanded I request a refund through Amazon directly, but I provided screenshots showing this was not an option available to me with this order. Then, the seller stopped responding entirely. Though I was not seeking a refund for the item, only a refund of the shipping costs, the item itself was poor quality. The image was very dark and grainy. I’ve used this same exact photo of my pet for prints/wall decor with no issues before so I don’t believe it was my photo. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy this product or any products from this seller.

Great head signs
These heads on sticks came quickly and are very nice - they cut out the picture perfectly and were life size, we had a lot of fun taking pictures on a trip where grandma couldn't make it and wanted to be there - it was like she was there! They were a little pricey but ya get what ya pay for sometimes!
