Features

  • Input and Output : Input: 100V - 240V, 50 / 60Hz; Output: DC 12V, 5A max, 60W. Output adapter jack size: 5.5mm x 2.5mm, compatible with 5.5mm x 2.1mm. It can supply currents less than 5A. Please confirm that the output voltage of your appliance can only be 12V
  • Safety Protection : Automatic overload cut-off, over voltage cut-off, automatic thermal cut-off, short circuit protection. No noise, low temperature operation, no spontaneous combustion, no fire hazard, stable output
  • Wide Application : Perfect for 5050 3528 12V Led Strip Light, Wireless Router, Adsl Cats, Hub, Security Cameras, Audio/ Video Power Supply, 3D Printer, Led Driver, cctv Security System,Webcam Router. Not Universal Laptop Charger Computer Screnn Power Adapter
  • Voltage Consistency: No voltage fluctuations at power on, during transmit, receive, or at power off. It will protect your electronic products from destruction
  • Notice1: This is a power adapter, not a charger. It is not intended for charging mobile devices or laptops. Attempting to charge devices may result in permanent damage
  • Notice2: Please make sure that the output voltage of your appliance must only be 12V, and the output current is less than 5A. For example, if the rated power is within the range of 60W, but the output voltage is not 12V, and the output current is greater than 5A, then the 12V5A adapter cannot be used
  • Notice4: Clean the charging port of the power adapter regularly. Because the plug is prone to fouling after long-term use. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will cause poor contact of the plug and even cause the adapter to fail to work. Note: Long-term power on will keep the adapter in working condition and affect its service life

  • Great for Astrophotography Gear! Decent price.
I have two of these now, they work very well for astrophotography equipment. I can power my ZWO AM3 and my ZWO ASI 533mm and 533mc pro with these. It feels a little cheap but works great for the priced and doesn’t feel completely different from the original ZWO adapter that’s $30 pretty light, doesn’t get too hot and seems durable enough with the plastic. Lengthwise it is a little bit short which works decently for astrophotography but for other things it might not be the best. ... show more

  • It was well worth the money.
This works with the VIFly Whoopstor3 and provides the ability to charge at least 4 batteries at the same time at .5 of an amp. It provides 12.2 volts to the charger.

  • Good performance - low cost
A short story. We bought this monitor at a rummage sale for 20 bucks. It was a Dell Insignia 32 inch. We had trouble because the monitor had a fuzzy display, and also the display would drop quite frequently. We examined the power supply that came with it. It was a 12 Volt, 2200 Milliamp supply, instead of a 12 Volt, 5 Amp. We order a Waysse supply. We plugged it in. Viola! We had a normal functioning monitor. Our total investment was 20 bucks for the monitor and about nine bucks for the Waysse. A good deal. ... show more

  • Great deal for a low cost and mostly reliable power supply
I use these for my astrophotography setups - I've bought about 6 or 7 of them and one has died after a few months of use. For the price I'm satisfied with that kind of performance especially as the unit had been outdoors during cold damp night and in the sun for several hours on occasion.

  • Input protection missing - DON'T BUY
I design industrial electronics and was evaluating this for use in piece of lab equipment. The following discussion is a technical analysis of why this is an unsafe and unreliable product. The TL;DR version is DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is unreliable and the compliance labels on the back are a COMPLETE LIE. Critical components on the circuit board were left off for the sake of saving a tiny amount of money. Failed after only a few hours of use with a light load (12V @ 500mA). I opened the case top and took the attached photo. I found almost all of the input protection components designed onto the PCB to be missing. The AC comes in on the lower right. There is a missing large rectangular component directly across the mains. I believe this should be an MOV which clamps voltage surges to a safe level. In the shadow of the large capacitor we see a series component RT1, which I believe should be a PTC which limits inrush into the large input cap. Above and to the right there is a capacitor outline which would be the X-capacitor. X capacitors are used to minimize the effects of overvoltage surges, conducted interference, and voltage transients. They are also used to filter EMI from the mains and equipment. This is an important component which was omitted. Finally, in the upper right there is an outline for a CM choke which is jumpered across. This would help filter out the switching noise, and without this and the X-cap, there is simply no way this would pass CE emissions testing. It's no wonder the supply failed. There is only a 2A fuse between the mains and the switching controller, which is a semiconductor device and sensitive to surges and noise, which always exist on mains. Something as innocent as a heater turning off on the same circuit could cause enough inductive surge to kill this supply, which is exactly what happened in my testing. Of course they won't care, but whoever is selling this should be ashamed for leaving these components off. Those safety components are there for very good reasons and should never be omitted. ... show more

  • Good
Nothing crazy here, just a good old 12v 5A power supply that is safe to use and wont get unnecessary hot nor make noise.
