We got these for accents in our ocean themed nursery! We got the one with the beluga whale, hammerhead, turtles, etc. First thing I noticed was how pretty the artwork was. I’d describe them as water color and truly they are works of art. The stickers themselves are a matte which I like - I think it helps them blend into the wall a bit more and look painted on as opposed to stickers on top. My biggest complaint is with the hammerhead. I LOVE it’s big size, but it’s so big that they had to have a separate sticker for his tail. Now we likely won’t end up using it as I’m a bit of a perfectionist and too worried you’d be able to see it. I think I would’ve preferred longer sheets to fit the whole shark or a smaller shark to fit on the page. The starfish, shells, jelly fish, etc are gorgeous. Easy to peel off the paper and stick to the wall. If you aren’t used to decals, I’d suggest starting either at one end, and slowly moving your hand down the decal to stick, or sticking dead center first and going one way and then the other to avoid bubbles. These are very cute and a great size, they're actually large enough to serve as wall décor. The art is very pretty and I love the watercolor effect. They require a bit of patience to work with though. Be prepared to go slow and definitely use a tool (like a plastic paint scraper but nothing with a sharp edge) to help smooth them onto the wall. They are removable, which is perfect because I definitely needed to peel up parts and restick to get them looking right. If it folds in on itself, you can unstick it without tearing but don't get frustrated and go very slow while pulling the layers apart. ... show more

These decals worked out better than I anticipated. The colors and details are just as pictured. We used them in an ocean themed bedroom and my grandkids, ages 4 and 6, loved them. They were able to peel them off the backing with very little help. Some of the large ones can fold back onto themselves, but it wasn’t too hard to straighten them out. I’ve been wanting to try decals for a while. When I saw the vinyl ocean theme I thought I’d give these a try. There are 4 sheets with various sizes of ocean themed decals from dolphins to starfish as examples. Colors are nice, varied, medium intensity, have some dimension and shading. I pulled off a smaller one to try on a painted door to see how it stuck and if the paint would come off with the decal. It went on and off fine. I don’t know what will happen when it’s been on for a long period of time but we’ll see. I didn’t do a great job on that one but luckily it came off easily and I placed back on the sheet. Next time I’ll try a simpler one. They aren’t limited to walls. You could use on windows, doors, furniture, etc. Since this is my first time with decals, I haven’t decided which is going where so I will plan out before I apply. Ones that are intricately cut out are harder to apply, obviously, but you can unstick and try again. For the large ones I’d suggest 2 people to apply. Pleased with the price. ... show more

These are super cute decals. I got them as an update to my 8 year old's room. We have kind of a whimsical theme going on. I found the easiest way to apply these is to cut them as close to the decal as possibe, then remove the outer part leaving just the decal on the paper. Some of them can be kind of hard to apply, like the corals and seaweed, but after loosing a coral, had no more issues after doing the cut method I mentioned above. The adhesive his strong enough to stay on after being peeled up and replaced, but not so strong that it peels up the paint. The stickers look just like the photos. No complaints here. Oh, and a word to the wise: if you are putting this in a bathroom, make sure there's no condensation on the walls before you place them down. This is a pretty large set of fish. The colors are soft blues, pinks and greens. They are an easily manipulated set of vinyl stickers. They stuck to the wall well and I don't think that little hands will be able to pull them off. I love the finished look.

We got these for the dresser in my nieces' room. They both love ocean animals so we stripped and repainted a dresser and then added these animals to the drawers, sides, and top to bring some whimsy to the room. They really like it and it was an easy project.
