I’ve used it four times in the past month and it’s been working wonderfully two more trips, and it’s paid for itself ,and the electric pump which I bought from another vendor. It is very sturdy and paddles wonderfully. As you can see from the pic I added a seat I will use it until I’m better at standing up. The extra D Rings are appreciated as many boards only come with them up front. it inflates in six minutes with the electric pump rolls up easily when I deflate it. The paddle that came with is adequate. my friend liked it so much after trying mine he went home and bought one for himself.

I have always heard to not go cheap on a SUP(stand up paddleboard) or you would regret it, but when my friend told me how amazing her new SUP was and that even her dog rode on it with her I had to have the link! After lots of research I decided to go for this amazing value(came with a dry phone bag which works perfectly, a pump, a leash, a carrying bag, patches in case of holes and a detachable fin; the psi reader does not work on the pump but they said they are sending a new one. Will follow up). Anywho, not only did we order another for my husband, but we took them out today and cannot explain how much fun we had! I am over the moon excited for lots more family SUP'ing excursions ahead! So don't let the cheap price fool you, if you want to go out and enjoy the water without breaking the bank then you should most definitely invest in a bifanu SUP!

Don’t let the inflatable aspect fool you, this is a solid purchase. My first round out I wasn’t sure how I felt, I definitely couldn’t stand and kept getting water on my board. Did a little research second time out way better! Pump it more than it tells you to. The board should feel rock solid, I got no water on the board and was able to stand! Having the carrying case everything fits in is even better for traveling purpose or space purpose. The board also dries pretty fast in the sun. The lake I go to almost everyone had an inflatable board!

Initially delivered the box was open - not sure if it was mishandled by delivery company - but inspection of contents revealed no items missing or damaged. Received e-mail from Bifanuo (delivered via Amazon) that there was a problem with my order. I assured them that all items were received and did not make a complaint, Bifanuo states they were reaching out to ensure good customer service and if I contacted their Support team they would send and additional carry bag. I personally did not like how this was handled as they had to sneak their support e-mail address into the message by spelling it out over several lines (this is shady in my book) SUP - everything I expected, good condition, no leaks - this will be a great learning tool without breaking the bank 3 piece paddle - pretty good - floats Pump - Single action - not double action as advertised (kinda disappointed but not enough to file a complaint) Backpack - rebranded Rohe - Padded shoulder straps - thin padding but better than nothing

After being lost in the mail, I reached out to the seller. I cannot say enough great things about the customer service. Within hours they had identified the issue and sent a new one right away. Now onto the board itself, I love it so much! Very durable and easy to inflate/deflate. The only trick is the pump, unfortunately the pressure gauge in the one I received doesn’t work. Overall great company and great product.

I have taken out my paddle board 4 time within this first month of purchase and it has met my expectations. It is easy to take on my trips and light to carry, even though the backpack is large and seems to look heavy, (I’m 5’3). The only thing I noticed is that the air pump doesn’t mark the psi, but I bought a separate hand held air compressor anyways, (I had planned on doing so anyways so no big deal). I may purchase another for my teenager to join me out on the water ❤️. I love my purchase!

First of all I would give this company 5 stars for the excellent customer service! I received the wrong board and they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. In this company the customer's needs come first. And second the quality of everything included is great. I was worried it wouldn't be for the price I was paying. You definitely get the best bang for your buck here! I bought the 30" wide board and for me and my kids it was the perfect size. For my husband who is 6'6'' and weighs about 215 lbs, I would probably recommend a wider board for his beginner size. But overall I am extremely happy with my purchase from here!

We bought two of these and we’ve gone out twice at our local lake and in doing so we have paid for him already for the fact that at that lake they rent them for $25 an hour so we consider from here on out these are free because they were such a great price and they work wonderfully very nice and stable.
