Last year I bought those expensive portion plates with the dividers in it and I felt humiliated when I was eating with the rest of my family. I felt like I needed to be in a high chair eating baby food. 👶🏾 I wasn't feeling joyful about taking healthier decisions about how I was eating. So, I was looking for smaller salad beautiful strudy plates to control my portions size and its working. The plate is so beautiful that I don't want to overfill it with food.
