I was skeptical because I've never heard of this. I recently threw out my back at work lifting some things I really shoukd ha e just left alone. Now I'm dealing with severe back spasms. I tend to deal with pain with topicsl creams instead of taking pain medications. So when I came across a homeopathic option, I jumped on it. It actually works to ease yhe spasms. It does not completely do away with the dullness but it definitely made my day much easier and stipped the muscle from involuntarily contracting. I pulled both my external oblique muscles resulting in a miniscule tear on my right external oblique muscle. My bf had hernia surgery and has awful bladder spasms that keeps him up at night. Since it’s nerve related, nothing treating UTI’s worked. The best thing for it ended up being ibuprofen. These didn’t even phase it.

My husband suffered a UTI infection and following treatment was having bladder spasms. These spasms were quite painful and sometimes resulted in urine leaks, which was quite uncomfortable. I had purchased BHI Spasm for leg spasms and found that it worked quite well, so I suggested that he try BHI Spasm Relief to see it would calm his bladder down. His primary doctor told him that the bladder has a memory, and that was an important fact. I believe that once the bladder started to spasm, it felt it needed to spasm. So he tried the BHI as directed even taking at least one during the night. Within five days, the spasms totally stopped providing him with the security to once again join in activities. I would highly recommend this product. It relieves cramps and spasms in one dose. I have tried other BHI products and they are all amazing. All natural, easy to take and very effective.
