Colors aren't quite the shades shown, but I'm so pleased that my selection (I held my breath) accents one of the colors in my new bedspread. Curtains are room darkening but because of the blue-gray color I chose, they're not as dark as I wanted without getting blackout curtains. I'm not at all disappointed in them, especially since reading the information before buying cautions buyers about the fact that lighter colored curtains won't darken as much as darker shades. The black is dark but not a complete blackout as you can see the sunlight coming through them. The do darken the room enough for me. I like the option available for hanging. Nice for the price!

They are a nice true blue that fits well in our bedroom, though a darker blue than I expected. That’s not a problem. Speaking of “darker,” these are room darkening, and I must have skipped over that. Again, not a problem. Our previous curtains were lighter in color and didn’t darken the room - but a dark room is awesome for afternoon naps, or sleeping a bit later in the morning.
