These curtains are NOT blackout, they will limit light, but they are only ONE thickness, NO thermal lining OR blackout lining. They do cut down on light, but to market as blackout is NOT CORRECT. Based on color chosen, because they have NO Thermal Lining OR Blackout lining, they will heat up. Made of Polyester fabric--so only way to remove wrinkles (AND THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM) is to either steam or tumble dry for a few seconds on LOW HEAT. All in all, not as advertised, but will do the job where I hung them. Seem to cut down on some radiant heat coming through windows, but with color chosen, they heat up quite a bit--so any gain may be cancelled out. ... show more

When I received the curtains one panel came about one half inch longer then the other panel. It was good that it blocked the light. They looked very nice and I thought it was a very good value. Love the color, they were on point. I like them so much that I ordered more. I put more sections in my bigger windows and they look a lot fuller. Maybe I need to wash them to get the wrinkles out but there’s not many. Easy to install. Also liked the plastic rings they sent with the rods that I ordered ... show more

This is in the middle of the afternoon. There is light that comes in from the top, that’s just a result of the rod and hanging. Unless this was tacked to the wall, it can’t be avoided. Although the curtains look sheer, they aren’t; the difference in the room and darkness around them show the amount of light that’s being blocked. I ordered a second pair. ... show more
