Let's be clear - this is a toy RC car, not a hobby quality car. It has plastic gears, imprecise steering, and a top speed of about 5-10mph. It will break, and replacement parts are not available. So why the high rating? Because it's cheap, comes with 2 batteries, is relatively durable, and customer services was excellent! We bought 2 for our kids (ages 5 and 3) and they've had a lot of fun racing the cars around the driveway, bashing into things, building race courses and jumps, etc. One of the cars had steering issues (stopped steering). I had to take it apart and push the plastic gear back onto the steering motor shaft. One of our cars was stepped on by a toddler, which broke off a wheel (not the car's fault). It looked like an easy fix, so I emailed customer service and they sent me an entire new car to replace it! That's a lot of replacement parts! ... show more

I purchased this to put my gopro on to get some cool ground shots, This RC car is very well built better then the plastic shells i've had before, Super fun to drive around in the drive way and parking lots. I may buy another one for my brother. The 2 batteries is a game changer for me because you can always be charging one so you dont run out of battery. This is not for the grass, but drives great on the pavement Pros: Comes with two batteries - each battery lasts about 20-30 minutes Well built- its not just a plastic shell like others I have seen. Easy setup Control is really simple Has front and back bumper Cons: Controller is all plastic Overall this is a ton of fun for $40 and will last longer then the plastic shell rc cars, I recommend this for kids and kid adults who want something to play around with on their driveway or a parking lot. Bough this RC car in hopes of getting into the hoby. Expectations where not high as i knew for the price it couldn’t be much, but boy was i wrong. This little RC car packs a punch! Not only that, did I mention customer service? They have such high standards, and their professionalism speaks for itself. I played with it straight from the box, and i did notice an imperfection, to my surprise the RC car was not steering left. Not to worry! I emailed customer service about the issue, as well as left a description of the problem along side a couple of videos showing the seller in depth. The seller immediately resolved the issue by sending me a new RC car free of charge. Now that is what i call TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Trust me on this one, if you guys are looking for a reliable sturdy fast and fun RC car, look no further. Bezgar is the place to buy from. RC car works great but didn't survive being dropped. Wheels easily break off. Remote control works great and battery life is decent. Recommend for anyone that's careful with their stuff, not recommended for kids

    • Missing Parts & Stole My Money - AVOID BEZGAR

I tried - in every way possible, I tried to get the missing part sent to me. There was no rechargeable battery included in the repackaged box (i.e. - returned previously). I just needed a battery for my son's birthday gift. After 20 minutes, they said they couldn't help me. They said they would help refund my money for the return, acting as if that was a great help. I asked for a battery & was told it was against policy to send one and against policy to send a new RC Car. So - what they did was refund $1623 or the $21.63 I paid. Basically they gave me back 75% of my payment they took for the defective toy I got that is worthless. I asked a supervisor who said they refused to help. When I stated that they were stealing my money and acting like thieves, he said I was violating policy by making threats. Seriously - he said that "Posting or sending threatening, or obscene communications violates our Conditions of Use" because I said they stole my money.     • Entertaining and great support
The media could not be loaded. Update: august 2021: I broke arm to front when. I was able to fix it three times but finally broke down and emailed support. They responded next day and got me part to fix car. Support is really good on this product. These RC cars are entertaining as heck! They last about 15 minutes on one battery and it comes with two batteries and two usb chargers. I took them camping and we were able to charge four batteries at once using our Tesla car USB ports. Takes 3 hours to charge a battery. The cars are fast and can handle a lot of off road except high grass. Ours have lots of scratches, dirt and dust from flipping and off roading. U almost need a little repair kit with the little screw driver it comes with and some lubricant or wd40. We get lots of hair or twigs stuck in tires and rocks in front turning housing. Kinda fun to take apart and put back together and get them back on the road. This product has amazing support too. I had to email them and they respond within a day and have actually been able to answer questions and help! Great service. Only problem with these is now ur going to want the $800 RC car. ... show more
