The media could not be loaded. **I wanted to love this product as I liked how there was a hot and cold pack included. The first few times heating the hot pack went without incident (3 times). The 4th time I was standing in the kitchen and noticed a burning smell coming from the microwave after only 1 minute. I rushed to open and the hot pack has started to burn away on both sides. It burned two holes in in on either side. I will be returning this but this is not safe to use. My boyfriend loves to fall asleep with the TV on and while I don’t mind it much the light always makes me have trouble sleeping but honestly this mask helps me sleep now I can drown out the light and fall asleep and stay asleep quicker with ot on 10/10 reccomend
