These are soooooo delicious, and GF (buckwheat isn't wheat at all but related to the rhubarb family). These crackers are great with cheese, and dips. I only wish the crackers were larger. And less expensive.

It’s wonderful to find a gluten free cracker, so five stars but I would love a plain cracker, no garlic, no onion. Humus has a lot of flavor already, and other dips, and sometimes I love these with something sweet, like mascarpone or cream cheese, with jelly. I would really really really love a plain sea salt cracker.
