I was super happy with the quality of this luggage, it’s still going strong! My only comment is that I used it as a carryon on an Alaska Airlines flight and I had it expanded to fit a bit more. Due to its hard material, I wasn’t able to get it in the overhead bin, but I simply had the flight attendant gate check it and I just ended up paying the $30 and checking it normally on the way back. It’s possible it would have fit if I hadn’t unzipped the expansion zipper, but I didn’t get the chance the try.

I ordered this piece to replace a carryon luggage piece that I've loved for years so I knew it would be hard to replace. But as soon as this showed up at my door I was ecstatic to open it up and start using it. So far, it has worked for Hawaiian Airlines and Southwest Airlines as a carry-on but needs to be stored in the upper compartments (this is too large for under the seat storage). The zippers work GREAT, do not get stuck, and are very smooth and easy to use. The luggage expands 1-2 inches and STILL fits as carryon size! The 4 wheels are great to move around and moves in any direction and speed with ease. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I purchased this in 2022 and have used it for several trips. It’s roomy, yet small enough to carry on the plane. I like not having to check a bag when on a trip. It’s also super cute, and I get compliments on it. Love it.

This bag is so cute and is just the right size as a carryon. However, I used it only once on an international trip as a carryon and the lining is already falling apart. Unfortunately I purchased it a few months before my trip and was outside of the return/exchange window. I also have the XLg 30" checked version and it is also very pretty but has minimal compartments in each side. It's just like one big giant box. It's also not very durable as after being checked once it has scratches all along the side. I am totally ok paying more for quality but for these you are paying more for style and brand at the risk they won't last. Unfortunately won't be purchasing from this brand again.
