Purchased on May 15, 2023 for our trip made on mid June and noticed the glue/seal is already coming undone. It's now past the free return timeframe and I do not know how to reach customer service to make an inquiry. My daughter loves this bag and it's works well otherwise, however, I'm afraid it will not last very long now that the zipper area is compromised. I paid $150 expecting good quality. My 5yr old sons new and much cheaper roll bag which is clearly much less well made has no issues. ... show more

I was super happy with the quality of this luggage, it’s still going strong! My only comment is that I used it as a carryon on an Alaska Airlines flight and I had it expanded to fit a bit more. Due to its hard material, I wasn’t able to get it in the overhead bin, but I simply had the flight attendant gate check it and I just ended up paying the $30 and checking it normally on the way back. It’s possible it would have fit if I hadn’t unzipped the expansion zipper, but I didn’t get the chance the try. ... show more
