I love Betsey Johnson's crazy fun designs. This luggage is eye catching and I always receive compliments when traveling. The size I got is a carry on so it hasn't endured much tossing and has handled multiple trips well. I'm sure there are better quality suitcases out there, but probably not as cute as this one. Overall it is dependable and cute! I got the butterfly design and it still came with the Betsey Johnson luggage tag which was not pictured in the image so that was a bonus!

Purchased on May 15, 2023 for our trip made on mid June and noticed the glue/seal is already coming undone. It's now past the free return timeframe and I do not know how to reach customer service to make an inquiry. My daughter loves this bag and it's works well otherwise, however, I'm afraid it will not last very long now that the zipper area is compromised. I paid $150 expecting good quality. My 5yr old sons new and much cheaper roll bag which is clearly much less well made has no issues.
