So far this pool has been much better than the other brand we used to purchase. This pool actually went straight up with no assistance from bags of potting soil as we have always needed to do with the other brand we used to always purchase. And because it goes straight up, we are able to use the whole pool in a much better way! So far, so good on it being durable. Our only complaint is when it comes time to clean the intake/outtake valves, it is much more difficult to do this task than the other brand. We tend to lose some pool water each time.

I’m not one to leave a poor review. But we’ve exhausted resources to remedy the issue to no avail. As directed in a response to a customer question on this product page, I called the toll free customer service # above about two weeks ago. The phone menu directs you to submit a request for call back via service.bestway.us, which I did. Have called the same # and engaged the website other times over the past couple weeks (including this morning) to see if process has changed. It hasn’t. I have not received a call back. Nor a cover and ladder which are still missing. This is both frustrating and incredibly disappointing. The pool overfills (because no cover) and then ends up sagged, water spilled over with less than half the water remaining every time it rains. Which means on top of all these issues, we’re refilling hundreds upon hundreds of gallons of water regularly. We effectively have an inaccessible, occasionally functioning pool with unexpected, extraordinary maintenance costs, and no customer service or remedy. Ship all the parts. Pick up the phone. These two simple things would all the difference.

The pool itself is good. There isn't any forgiveness when it comes to be a flat level ground, the ground does definitely need to be level. The pump lasted for 2 months and Bestway cancelled my warranty claim because the product was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, ishipfastest. Ishipfastest will not do anything because they warranty for only 30 days. How would a customer know that a retailer is unauthorized? So here I sit with no pump and because of the virus everything seems to be back ordered.

This product is defective!!! There are holes all over this pool that have previously been patched/fused and they all leak. It leaked out as fast as we filled it. Also, the ring around the top kept losing air and would not stay inflated. Because I purchased this item in spring and just now opened it to assemble, it’s past the 30 day return window and they will not return my money. I thought I would purchase a pool early since there was a pool shortage last year. Boy that was a huge mistake! I just wasted so much money and my family is left with nothing to swim in this summer. I just wanted to make their summer better than their school year but now that won’t happen since I cannot get a refund. Just a terrible product, terrible customer service and I am not happy with Amazon for denying my A-Z Guarantee refund request. All because it’s past 30 days. Exceptions should be made for those of us who live in northern states and cannot use a pool until May or June. Please do not purchase this product!!

I ordered this pool a couple of weeks ago. Completely overpriced but IMO folks are jacking the prices up on these above ground pools because of COVID19 and the unknown status of public pools the next couple of months. My pool arrive with a handwritten price on the box of $89.99. You can tell it had been stored on a shelf in some bargain warehouse somewhere. Although the picture of the box states that it only comes with a pump and filter I took the product description and assumed that a cover and ladder came wtih it (shipped seperately). The pool did ship and arrive on time as estimated. The box arrived (previously unopened) and I verified it had exactly what it promised (the pool, pump, and filter). I have already filled and emptied the pool once each. I knew my backyard was not exactly level and assumed these pools could handle a little "forgiveness" with about an 1" - 2" slope. After filling the pool it litterally started rolling toward the downhill side. After about 5 hours it finally couldn't take the stress and the water spilled over the edge emptying it quickly. I then started over from scratch and had to dig the slope and re-level with sand and loose soil. Refilled the pool and now everything is good to go. Bottom line.........Make sure you put this on a level surface! The pool is durable though and holding up will after this event. I did buy a cover (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MSQCF5P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and it fits perfect. You don't really need a ladder unless you have little children. Adults 5'4 and over can easily step over the side and into the pool. Giving 2 stars basically because the pool so far has held up and seems to be pretty decent. Seller gets the penalty for poor description and not including everything it is advertising in the description while jacking up the price.

When my pool arrived it did not have the ladder or cover as advertised in the description. I messaged the seller who offered a small partial refund or I could wait 2 weeks for the missing parts that were "backordered" so I chose to wait. After 30 days I messaged the seller again and ended up getting a bigger (although still partial) refund to cover the cost of buying those pieces separately. Seller was friendly and responsive, but I do not like being misled nor do I like waiting. The pool itself has been great, although I recommend putting it in a shady area. Our yard has full sun all day so the water tends to be a little on the warm side. Perhaps when I finally get a cover for it this will change.

No complaints so far. It takes about 15-30 minutes to lay out the pool and approximately 5 hours to fill it using the one garden hose we have. We bought a tarp to place it on and made sure the area was flat. Right now we’re using the filter that came with it, but may upgrade at a later time. Can’t wait for all of the quarantine friendly activities this summer in our backyard!
