I just now opened the heat pad. Not happy with the connector. Haven't plugged in yet. Otherwise very happy with the shipment timing, pad feels sturdy,and cover fabric seems washable.

Probably safer to have some sort of timer to turn it off every once and a while, but I just leave it on always since my cat is almost always sleeping. Mine a very old cat, and you can see how much she loves and benefits from the heat. She lays down and starts spreading her legs or puts the belly upside down, instead of laying in a loaf with her paws tucked in or in a circle position. The matt keeps the inside of her house warm and she is glued to it. Happy to provide comfort for my elderly cat!

We purchased just one heating pad for Xmas 2020 for our two cats, quickly realized it was quite popular, so we were 'forced' to purchase another. With both cats warm and happy, there was no way to turn the mats off without a revolt. So we have left them on for a year straight now. No problems, both of them heat perfectly and our cats snore loudly when they sleep so we know they are deep asleep. This year....we have gone ahead and purchased a THIRD, as both cats covet the mat on the couch but refuse to share with one another. Another selling point: I don't always want a cat on my lap due to mild allergies, so they always have a great alternate spot and don't get as offended anymore when I say "not right now"! Obviously a 5-star for our family.

I liked this product for its ability to keep my elderly cats warm. It worked well for 2 years and 2 months then quit working. I have bought 3 of the Bestio heating pads (for multiple rooms). My one remaining pad is loved by my cats. I just wish the other two units had not burned out after 2 years.

I purchased 2 of these 2 months ago to go in our outdoor kitty houses that we made for our barn cats. They have been inside the houses, plugged in 24/7 since November (it's now January) and having been working beautifully and keeping all of our kitties super cozy, even on -4 degree nights! The cords are very durable and long which helps in positioning them inside the outdoor houses and keeping them safely covered from the elements. The cover is also very durable and easy to clean. Would highly recommend!

This is used to heat feral cat houses in winter. Felt very warm to touch so I imagine it felt heavenly to them. The best of the brands I've tried so far! Let's see how long it lasts! Hard to rate when I've only used for 2 days but immediately ordered a second one!
