this product is terrible, the product came with broken wood pieces and the instructions that are in the box aren’t clear. They often confuse you with the labeling and some of the pieces are not correct. There is screws missing and often labeled wrongly so there is a confusion with what piece goes where. The media could not be loaded. It’s decent but very difficult because the Parts are not labeled correctly and w3 Piece was in the wall mount bag instead of labeled w3 , very annoying putting this together.
