Instructions were pretty clear after the first page. Took about 2 1/2 hours to put together. My only issue (I seen in photos) is that the label 20 piece was a bit to long so I had to take some pliers to chip away at the over all length to get label 1 piece to sit properly. I had a friend assemble for me, but it didn't take too long. The wood finish is nice, drawers glide smoothly. The only small change I would like is if the keyboard tray extended another 1-2" out and was wide enough for a mouse pad.

The basic desk features are good for the price and I like the look. However, one of the reasons I purchased this desk was because of the keyboard tray. Upon building the desk, neither of the metal pieces that allow the keyboard tray to open fully opened. It would only slide out 2-3 inches. I contacted the company and they sent new parts which took about a month. One of the two parts was still broken. I contacted them again over the course of 2-3 additional months and was told that my parts were on the way, but they never came. I still have not been able to use the keyboard tray. Terrible service being repeatedly lied to by the customer support team. ... show more
