There was some work to assemble this thing, but I've seen much worse, and the instructions were mostly clear. Best of all, my mistakes were east to undo, but I would absolutely recommend using a power drill with a hex head if you can get your hands on one. An impact driver (which is what I used) would be even better if you have one handy. The end result feels very sturdy, has a lot of utility, and looks really nice for its simple build. The media could not be loaded. Very good space, sturdy, quality feeling. Easy but tiring assembly, took roughly 5-6 hours to assemble. Doesn’t have closed off drawer space under where your keyboard would go but has plenty space to put it elsewhere in the open. Great value for the money.

I wasn't sure when first ordering this desk as I am used to a more traditional one. I LOVE this desk! I've waited a few weeks to post this review as I wanted to have the opportunity to use it. The desk arrived very well packaged. It took less than hour to assemble though I did have help. It even came with spare parts but they weren't needed. I have my all-in-one computer and my substantial HP printer on the top shelf. No sagging as there is plenty of support for both. I needed something more open and space conscious.     • Good deal! Easy set up
The desk was very easy to set up, I used my drill with the proper bit to set up & was done in under 10 mins. The unit is very sturdy even with TWO 32 inch HP monitors on the back & a water cooled tower on the lower shelf. I have plenty a room for other items below, plus work space up top.

I have seen a few negative reviews highlighting parts / assembly problems, so I thought I'd address that. I'm not too good with putting stuff together, so I was prepared for trouble. But the hardware was all there and all the parts lined up perfectly. It took maybe a leisurely hour for my wife and I to get it assembled, if that. Nothing difficult or tricky or requiring anything not supplied. Careful attention to directions and patient is all. The desk itself looks good and is very sturdy and practical. It is very sturdy and pretty easy to put together. The only problem we had was putting the top shelf on, it was a little tight. It works perfectly for my daughter for work since she works with 2 monitors and a laptop.
