This desk was a fun put together. Simplr and quick, straight forward instructions. I am 5'1 and have tons of comfortable leg space and it is also a good height for me. I can lean on the desk and not be afraid it will creak or lean. And the door closes with a magnet. I thought that was pretty cool.

    • Beautiful desk with real wood look
This was fairly easy to put together but there were a few screws that had to be accessed from sitting under the desk that were a bit difficult to use because it was hard to line the holes up and there is no way to see what you are doing. What impressed me the most is how high quality the material is. It feels like a very sturdy and high end desk. Highly recommend it. Assembly is actually straightforward but takes a few hours

The desk is very pretty. The assembly was not difficult, but printed instructions and pictures were so small you could barely see them. Overall the desk looks good, but is cheaply made, not very sturdy and definitely overpriced. Even being very careful during assembly, some of the finish came off in places. It was a gift for my daughter who is a teacher. It will be interesting to see if the desk survives a school year. ... show more

    • Many of the holes didn't line up well and some pieces were missing.

We got two bags of part H, but no bags of part P, so the desk is together, but the top is not attached. The instructions were printed very small and quite hard to read. Some holes were quite shallow, so it was difficult to get the screws to seat all the way. The photos with this review show the small gap in the side where it was difficult to tighten the connectors completely. After it is together, it makes a nice looking desk. I will be contacting the sellers to ask for missing parts so the top can be anchored. If it were put together correctly with the pieces all fitting, this would rate five stars, but the assembly problems reduce one star and possibly should drop more. ... show more

The color of this desk is much darker than online. I would have chosen the gray had I known that the color of the Brown Rustic desk does not match when it arrives at all to the picture online. The online picture is a nice light color. The desk that I received is at least 3 shades darker and does not match any of my furniture. Love the Desk hate the color. My husband already put it together when I arrived home. I wish there was a way to exchange for the gray color. ... show more
