I absolutely love this desk. Perfect fit in my bedroom where I have a queen size bed 2 nightstands (one is used with the desk for a drawer) and 6 drawer dresser its beautiful in color and texture. Very durable. Simple to put together. Came with necessary tool and hardware. Reinforcement bars make it very sturdy. Plenty of leg room. I'm 5'6 and I'm very comfortable. Book shelf is very nice. Because it is in my bedroom the lighting is an issue. I plan on getting either closet lights or string motion sensor lights to see under the table. Some cable management tabs would also be nice. Aswell as a hook for headphones or some stick on drawers. But those are just suggestions. This is a great desk I love it. Thinking of getting another for my mom for a crafting table. ... show more

I needed a desk for home because I finally got a new job that’s hybrid. This is not your grandfather’s solid mahogany desk, but you already knew that. But let’s not talk about what this desk isn’t. Let’s talk about what it is. 1. Affordable 2. Very easy to put together. To be fair I actually love assembling furniture but this was very easy and straightforward by most people’s standards. I was able to do it without any trouble even after consuming more champagne than I care to admit while celebrating my new hybrid job. Pieces and hardware were labeled, directions easy to understand, and the pieces were packed in the box so you basically take them out in the order that you assemble them (bonus points for this!! I have a small house and a tiny office space in said house, so not having to unpack everything to get to the first piece was a treat). 3. It’s got decent style for something made of powder coated metal and faux wood. The faux wood is super plasticky, but I see that as a plus because it looks like it can stand up to a drippy coffee cup or an overwatered office plant. It seems reasonably sturdy for what it’s made of, and might even survive a move to the new house I’ll eventually be able to afford with my new job! In conclusion: five stars. Go for it. ... show more

Originally I was worried about the stability and structural integrity of this desk (it’s fairly inexpensive for what it tries to be). Well, upon completing building of this desk those worries were put to ease. It’s fairly simple to set up, extremely stable, and looks beautiful. I don’t feel like getting off my couch right now to take pictures of it but if you’re thinking about buying this desk, just do it. I have two 24 inch monitors on it with a keyboard and a few books. It’s plenty of space to work from home (I can even put my iPad on the desk as well to use it as a screen. My only complaints: Is SLIGHTLY lighter than my oak verneer bed frame from IKEA #firstworldprobs Had a slight indention in the middle of the desk (very slight) but it’s covered by my keyboard so I don’t care. Special praise: The materials even come with some spare parts and it’s just overall a good desk. Makes me happy to keep my window open so people can peer into my room and see my awesome WFH setup. ... show more

I purchased this desk to replace the card table I was using. It’s a bit bigger than I expected but fits nicely into the space I reserved for it. I was able to put this together myself within 45 minutes to an hour (I’m a senior citizen). The directions for assembly were very clear and I had no trouble following them. my bedroom is 11ft 1in. x 11ft 1in. so very small, not a lot of room space with a closet that takes up one wall, a queen size bed that takes up another. BUT... I made it work. I'm starting college soon, and really needed some form of working station. this desk is beautiful. despite my limited space, it still makes my room seem bigger than it really is. it's modern and sleek, I was able to put it together by myself in an hour. all the nails and screws and such came labeled (which is very nice for me because I personally am not good at identifying what screws are which. some companies send them in one bag mixed together and I have to spend extra time organizing and labeling them myself). this is probably my favorite desk ever. to be fair, I've only had 1 other desk in my life. there's so much space for both arms and legs (I'm 5'7, more legs than torso so this was important for me) even when I have my chair lifted all the way up they don't touch the desk (until I lift them up of course, but how often are you just holding your knees in the air under a desk?) definitely get this desk if you're looking for something modern and easy to put together. my boyfriend even said this is the type of desk he wants to get once he gets his own place. beautiful for everyone. prepare to put your arms to use, there's only screws for a hex wrench and a regular wrench!!!! ... show more
