We added the fill nozzle and it is easy to fill, close, and drain. Our walk out basement is low lying with a sliding glass door. We have used this product for years and even with 3 inches of flooding water from the woods, we haven't had water in the house.

I've used this produce for awhile now and have absolutely no complaints. I bought the nozzle as well to help fill it up, but it is really not necessary. I've had this thing out in the sun and rain for weeks and it has no sign of leakage. We even had a really bad storm, it rolled into my pool which we have travertine and plaster, and I had to pull it out while it was filled with water and still no ripping or leaks. Wanted a product to stop water in basement. Product was useless, was returned to Innovations October 10, 2023 well within return timeline, yet innovations(Amazon) recharged my card on Nov 21, 2023 citing failure to return. I sent proof of delivery, the mailing receipt, proof of recharge to Innovations, Amazon, & Chase. To this date, 4 1/2 months later the $27.51 has not been returned to me by anyone. Neither the product or Customer Service are worth the headache. Tried to attach documentation but wont accept pdf formatted docs. NEVER purchase from them again. ... show more

I thought I'd try these out and I was pleasantly surprised. We get floods every other year and making and saving sandbags is always a chore and storing them is also an issue. These barriers took just a few minutes to fill and diverted the water just as good as sandbags did. Maybe better as there are no gaps between bags. Would definitely recommend. It does work but the durability of this product is sub par. After one usage in my driveway it had four lil holes that required patching. If you buy this product directly from them it comes with patches. Buying it from here it does not
