Its cute. But instructions are bad. Quality was good for the discounted price i got it for. I feel like its flimsy esp the handle i feel like it will snap or will detached from the car. And you cant really turn it hard or abruptly or it will break, that cheap feeling about it. But overall its a good buy for the discounted price it was a nice toy in the house and courtyard to push my 11month old baby, this has not belt or anything so be careful doing turns It has a foot rest but still be careful not to drag babys feet.
