My Canon GX4020 stopped printing in color. Honestly, it had been a while since I tried a color print. I went through all the head cleaning/alignment procedures. Then I found a video recommending this product and procedure. It worked amazingly well. I ran 20 cc through each color and 10cc through the black since it still printed. First test print was like the printer was new. And way cheaper than a new print head.

This didn't work that well for me on my clogged printhead, but it's not the fault of the product, I think. I took the printhead out and used it when in the sink. A couple nozzles cleared out, while others did not. I even soaked the printhead in an 50-50 alcohol water mixture, and the result was better, but not great. Part of the problem with this kit on my printer was that you had to hold the hose in place with one hand, while holding the printhead with the other, holding the syringe with my 3rd hand, and press the syringe with my 4th. It didn't work that well in this case. I then shopped for a new printhead and found that an actual "Canon" printhead cost more than the printer, so bought a new printer. This printer, when it needs it, has a printhead with little stubs that stick up that I will be able to connect the hose to directly. That's one reason I gave it 4 stars, I think it will work well on the new printer, and therefore on other people's printers as well. I do think it's overpriced, and the small bottle of fluid will often not be enough for clearing a printhead one time, and don't see the fluid for sale separately. But I've kept it and will be using alcohol and water with it for my future needs.

I was skeptical, but this worked like a charm! Wish the instructions were clearer… so it recommends you warm up the solution… but how? In the whole bottle or once in the syringe? Pop it in the microwave? For how long? Also wish the instructions were a little more detailed on when to stop injecting the cleaning solution. Is there still ink coming out? It is supposed to run clear? I didn’t warm the solution, and I did a syringe and a half… and let it dry for 24 hours before putting the printer head back in and it worked like a charm! Very happy with the purchase! Will buy again if I need to! I have a Cannon G3272 Mega Tank. My printer is now back to printing all colors with no more issues.

This product did not work for me. On the day my warranty expired, the black ink on my HP Smart Tank 7602 began printing incomplete lines. I purchased this cleaning kit hoping it would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after following all the instructions and the YouTube video, then waiting 24 hours, the lines were fixed, but the printer only produced gray ink instead of black. I tried a second round, and now it will not print anything at all—only colors. I tried all the troubleshooting options in the menu repeatedly, but nothing changed. I even tried using the syringe to inject distilled water until no black ink was pushed out of the printhead, but a soapy liquid was expelled from the nozzles instead. I tried again, and still nothing. So, the remaining liquid from this product—as well as the printer—will end up in the trash tonight.

I had ordered and successfully used this product in 2021 on my Epson WF-2750. I had about 1/2 bottle left from 2021, but not knowing the shelf life of the fluid, ordered a new batch. I successfully used it again to unclog one clogged up nozzle. The only problem/challenge I had was that the foam pad from underneath the ink tray had come loose on one end. I didn't notice it until after trying to print (after waiting 24 hrs) and had black smudges on the paper. Luckily, the pad was not torn at all, and I was able to successfully tuck the pad back in place. Printer is successfully rehabilitated and printing perfectly. If anybody knows the shelf-life of the fluid, it would be interesting to know how long the stuff lasts, as I don't have frequent use for the cleaning fluid.

**Disclaimer**-all my comment are based on my printer a Epson WF-3620 that use ink cartridges, Probably can be used on any ink cartridge printer (not an ink tank printer). The cleaner worked good and all the You Tube videos help out. BUT with the cost of this product and all NEW ink cartridges and the three hours to clean the heads and then perform the 20 or so head cleanings. That total cost was just $20 dollars short of purchasing a new printer. The next time I have this problem It would be better to just replace the printer, so next time I will just do that. Also after doing all the head cleaning process I found out that each printer has a useful life before it totally stops all printing. Each printer has a built in counter on how many times the head is cleaned, not on the number of pages printed. So I probability took off a years of life in just doing the head cleaning process. My recommendation would be to replace the printer before doing all this work and cost. (Printers are cheep) it is the ink cartridges that kill you on cost.

It worked as promised and the youtube video was very helpful. One caveat... the video doesn't mention the need for a new or almost empty maintenance box. The machine won't let you run the power clean function without one in place.
